Compliance Operating System

Daejoo Electronic Materials established an internal compliance operating system by designating executive-level heads of each business division under the CEO as compliance officers. The compliance officers support legitimate decision making by the CEO and the BOD through executive meetings and regular reporting sessions. In addition, according to the compliance standards of each sector, they report the Company’s compliance support activities and inspection results, risk monitoring results, etc. to the CEO and the BOD at least once a year.

Autonomous Inspection System

Daejoo Electronic Materials operates a company-wide management manual as well as checklists by division to help the persons in charge or officers control by themselves the legal violation risks that can occur during their operations.
